Wholesale Orders

Thank you so much for showing an interest in stocking Parish Scents and Parish Decor products!

We've put a lot of heart into creating our New Orleans candle products and home goods, and we are excited to share them with you and your customers!

To register your interest regarding a wholesale order, please email your business information to us at Help@ParishScents.com along with the product(s) and quantity that you are interested in ordering.

WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

Our minimum order quantity is 24 of any given item.

SAMPLES

Should you wish to try some of our scented products before placing an order, we will happily send some mini scent samples free of charge. We would only ask you to cover the shipping costs.

 

PLACING AN ORDER

At the moment we take orders via email. We will send out an order form upon request. 

 

PAYMENT

Order quantities under $300.00 must be paid in full at the time of order. Orders of $300.00 and over we require 50% upfront and the remainder plus shipping cost should be paid once your order is ready for delivery. 

All orders must be paid in full prior to the shipping date.

Wholesale orders are payable via Credit Card or PayPal.

 

PRICE

The wholesale price is set in advance, and the retail price suggested is an indicative price based on our own retail website. There are two pricing conditions:

1. You can sell the product under our suggested retail price at physical locations (such as festivals and vendor market events) as you see fit.

2. Do not sell the individual products under our suggested retail price online on any platform. However, feel free to offer bundles or occasional coupon-based discounts.

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

All of our products are handmade by us in small batches. Therefore, while we aim to ship all orders as soon as possible, it can sometimes take up to 4-6 weeks if one or more products are out of stock. Upon confirming your order, we will inform you of the expected shipping date and of any product that may not be available at the time. Placing your orders in advance will allow us to plan production more efficiently.

 

SHIPPING

We ship orders with tracked services. The shipping rate depends on the weight of the parcel and the destination. Your shipping total will be estimated when we receive your order.

The products supplied by Parish Scents are delivered at the risk of Parish Scents unless a customer stipulates a special method of delivery. However, liability for the loss of the delivery shall be limited to the replacement of the products, or to a full refund of the invoice value.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

All of our orders are hand-inspected prior to shipment, however, if you receive damaged goods as a result of the shipping process, please notify us via email within 48 hours at help@parishscents.com. Please include images in your communication. All damaged products will be replaced-according to availability-or they will be refunded. We will cover shipping expenses for any damaged products.
